Windows Media Player 11 – Delete History
Windows Media Player 11 by default, keeps a history of the most recently accessed media files. This history is listed under the File menu.
To view the file menu either Right Click on the menu bar and select the File option, or you can use the ALT + F hotkey combination. Under the File menu you will see a list of the most Recently Played Files. For privacy reasons you may wish to disable this option. To do this follow the below steps.
How To Delete History:
Right Click on the menu bar and select Tools | Options or use the ALT + T hotkey combination followed by pressing the O key.
The Options window will appear. Click on the Privacy tab.
Under the History section, click on the Clear History button, this will remove your most Recently Played Files list. To set Windows Media Player 11 to not remember history, clear the Save file and URL history in the Player check box.
