Mozilla Firefox 3 – Delete History

Mozilla Firefox 3 is the browser offering from Mozilla.

How To Delete History:

Click on Tools | Clear Private Data

The Clear Private Data window will appear. Select your options such as Browsing History, everything that you want to delete.

Once finished, click on the Clear Private Data Now button and this will delete all of your history.

Automatically Delete History

If you want to set Firefox to Delete History automatically, follow the below steps. This will enable Firefox to delete your history every time you exit out of Firefox.
Click on Tools | Options

The following window will appear. Click on the Privacy option.

Under the Private Data section, tick the Always clear my private data when I close Firefox check box option. If you want to be prompted each time you exit Firefox tick the Ask me before clearing private data check box option. To configure which private data Firefox should erase, click on the Settings button.

The Clear Private Data window will appear, here you can configure which options Firefox should erase on exit.
